Position OverviewThe ideal candidate is a highly motivated, well-organized, and creative sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, solution-driven environment. This individual will embrace the challenge of identifying, acquiring, and developing new business through strategic enterprise sales efforts. You will be responsible for building long-term customer relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and closing profitable business deals while maintaining a deep understanding of current market conditions, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies.This role focuses on enterprise-level IT solutions, including networking, IT infrastructure, low-voltage cabling, wireless rollouts, desktop support, and related technology services. Success in this position requires a consultative sales approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to align technical solutions with customer business needs.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholdersProactively identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target marketsPresent, recommend, and sell innovative IT solutions tailored to customer requirementsCollaborate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure successful solution design and deliveryDevelop and execute effective market and account strategies by researching and targeting high-potential prospectsMaintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and customer informationStay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and evolving customer needsQualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experienceMinimum of 5 years of proven success selling IT services (required)At least 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in an enterprise environmentStrong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesAbility to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teamsMinimal travel requiredPreferred AttributesStrategic thinker with a consultative, solution-oriented sales approachHighly organized with strong time-management and follow-through skillsSelf-starter with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneouslyComfortable engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
