Overview
We are seeking a Data Migration Analyst to support the Commercial Mortgage Servicing (CMS) team in transitioning legacy reporting solutions into modern data workflows. This role will focus on analyzing reports built in Microsoft Access and migrating them to Alteryx, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and improved scalability.
The ideal candidate is experienced in working with legacy data environments and can translate complex reporting logic into efficient, modernized solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and assess existing reports within MS Access for migration
- Analyze underlying data structures and embedded SQL queries supporting reports
- Recreate and optimize reporting workflows using Alteryx
- Write and validate complex SQL queries to support data transformation and migration
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness between legacy and new systems
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate outputs
- Document migration processes, logic, and data mappings
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in data migration, data analysis, or reporting transformation
- Hands-on experience with Alteryx for workflow development and data processing
- Experience working with Microsoft Access, including understanding report logic and data sources
- Advanced SQL skills, including complex query development and analysis
- Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure data quality and integrity
