Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end datacenter migration delivery across compute, database, network, storage, and middleware
- Drive migration planning, wave execution, cutover readiness, and hypercare support
- Manage war-room activities, risks, dependencies, and escalation handling
- Ensure strong delivery governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Oversee service operations aligned with ITIL and continuous improvement
- 20 years of IT experience with 10 years in Delivery/Program Management
- Proven experience in datacenter migration programs (must-have)
- Strong expertise in cutover planning, war-room execution, and multi-tower infra
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in BFSI / regulated environments preferred
