Responsibilities:
- Process and audit employee expense reports (US and international)
- Respond to travel and expense inquiries
- Ensure compliance with Aggregate Spend (Sunshine Act)
- Liaise with preferred travel agency
- Assist with audits and reporting requirements
Qualifications:
- 5 years of Concur/Travel online experience
- Associate degree required
- Strong multitasking and communication skills
- Experience in pharma/biotech preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
