Contractor, Travel and Expense Specialist (Hybrid)

The Concur T&E Specialist will support and maintain the day-to-day activities of all Travel & Expense program functions, including expense reporting, receipt audit, and travel and corporate policy adherence. This person will report to the Senior Manager of Accounts Payable and be based in the Waltham, MA location. Responsibilities:Process employee expense reports in accordance with established policies and procedures for US and Ex-US entities. Respond to internal travel, expense and provide support to ensure reasonable and timely resolution. Act as liaison along with the Compliance department ensuring Aggregate Spend Reporting requirements are being adhered to in the submission of HCP related expenditures.Assist with audit requests, including providing copies of expense reports as required and answering any T&E questions as they arise.Ensure compliance with company, local, state, and federal reporting requirements.Primary liaison to Company preferred travel agency.Requirements / Qualifications:Required minimum 5 years of extensive knowledge and working experience in Concur/Travel online expense reporting.Preferred knowledge and/or exposure to Aggregate Spend (Sunshine Act 2010)Associate degreeAbility to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated and directed.Experience working in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.Strong customer service, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including previous exposure to senior management and the ability to present information accordingly.Proactive in providing a high sense of urgency and follow through.Prominent level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Company DescriptionThe Steely Group is a national preclinical, clinical, and commercial staffing firm and certified women’s business enterprise.
