Account Manager / Project Sales Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on Account Manager who thrives in the field — someone who can build client trust, manage estimates and timelines, and ensure every job exceeds expectations.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while managing a portfolio of construction and site service projects.
• Oversee estimates, proposals, and job progress from kickoff to completion.
• Partner with crews, vendors, and leadership to ensure quality, safety, and profitability.
• Identify new business opportunities through relationships and reputation — not cold calls.
• Represent ASI with professionalism and integrity across every client interaction.

What You Bring

• 5 years in construction, paving, remodeling, or site services — ideally with sales, estimating, or project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• A self-starter mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
