We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to support business development efforts while managing projects from award through completion. This role blends relationship-driven sales activity with hands-on project coordination to ensure smooth execution and strong client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Development
Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and partners
Prepare estimates, proposals, and pricing packages
Support contract negotiations and close sales opportunities
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure accurate scoping
Project Management & Execution
Manage projects from contract award through final installation
Develop project timelines, schedules, and deliverables
Coordinate with design, production, vendors, and installation teams
Monitor budgets and ensure projects remain within scope
Communicate regularly with clients on status updates and milestones
Identify and resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track
Collaboration & Process Support
Ensure smooth handoff from sales to production
Track project costs and assist with invoicing and documentation
Support continuous improvement in sales and project processes
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Construction Management, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–7 years of experience in sales, account management, project coordination, or similar role
Experience in the sign industry preferred, but not required
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
