Position Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Financial Advisor to provide comprehensive financial planning and investment guidance to individuals and businesses. Key Responsibilities
- Develop personalized financial plans based on clients’ goals, income, risk tolerance, and financial situation
- Provide guidance on investments, retirement planning, estate planning, insurance, and tax-efficient strategies
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication and portfolio reviews
- Analyze financial data and market trends to recommend appropriate investment products and services
- Prospect and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and business development activities
- Monitor client portfolios and adjust strategies based on market conditions and changing financial objectives
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, company policies, and fiduciary responsibilities
- Prepare and present financial reports, recommendations, and performance updates to clients
- Collaborate with accountants, attorneys, and other professionals to provide comprehensive financial solutions
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation within CRM and financial planning systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field
- 3 years of experience in financial advising, wealth management, banking, or investment services
- Strong knowledge of financial planning strategies, investment products, retirement planning, and insurance solutions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze financial information and present recommendations clearly to clients
