A highly respected national law firm is seeking an experienced Transactional Healthcare Attorney to join its growing healthcare practice. Responsibilities

• Advise healthcare providers, physician groups, hospitals, and healthcare organizations on a wide range of transactional matters.
• Structure, negotiate, and draft healthcare-related agreements, mergers, acquisitions, affiliations, and joint ventures.
• Counsel clients on healthcare regulatory compliance, including federal and state healthcare laws.
• Collaborate with attorneys across multiple practice groups to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
• Manage client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active bar admission in the state where you will practice.
• 6 years of transactional healthcare law experience.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent academic credentials and written/oral communication abilities.
• Ability to manage complex matters and work directly with sophisticated clients.

Salary Range: $300,000 – $520,000

Multiple Locations Available: Delaware, Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Texas, and Washington, D.C.
