Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to keep all areas spotless.
- Handle cleaning equipment such as floor buffers and vacuums.
- Use appropriate chemical agents following safety protocols to sanitize surfaces and ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Maintain floors through buffing and floor care procedures to preserve their appearance and safety.
- Follow all safety protocols related to chemical handling and custodial procedures to prevent accidents or injuries.
- Support basic facilities maintenance tasks, including minor repairs or reporting issues requiring professional attention.
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience is highly desirable but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and sanitation standards is a plus.
