What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fulfillment and Shipping Associate - 2nd shift position at Stone House Bread?
Job Summary: 5 days - Sunday through Thursday to handle, fulfillment and shipping of our bread within our predetermined KPI's. Must be able to follow our process and quality controls.
Position Responsibilities / Objectives: Accurately filling orders for our customers. Must follow and execute all safety procedures. Ensure that fulfillment team is running at proper speed for product to be shipping on time. Determine damaged product (out of specification) and discard product. Use any down time to assist with cleaning the department. Assist in loading of delivery trucks.
Job Requirements:
- Good communication skills and ability to quickly grasp tasks.
- Lift 50 lbs. regularly up to 150 lbs. with assistance
- Stand on feet for a full shift
- Basic math skills
Shift Time : Evening shifts available (5 days a week - average 8 hour shifts but must be able to stay until trucks are loaded) Sunday through Thursday - 4 PM to 12 PM
