Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in various HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
Duties
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates.
- Onboard new employees.
- Process payroll and answer related questions
- Process payroll reports
- Maintain employee personnel records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Meet with employees and answer HR related questions.
Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills:
- Previous HR or administrative experience preferred, ideally within a manufacturing
environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and HRIS System is a plus.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
**Pay will be determined by experience and if individual has certifications.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
