Stevens Realty is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inspection Technician to join our growing team! We manage hundreds of rental properties across Tennessee, and we’re seeking someone who can help us ensure each home meets our high standards of safety and quality.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property inspections before move-in, during tenancy, and after move-out
- Document property condition through detailed notes and clear photos
- Identify maintenance or safety issues and report findings through our system
- Coordinate with vendors and the property management team when issues arise
- Ensure all inspections are completed on schedule
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property inspection, maintenance, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify property issues
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Comfortable using mobile apps or online systems for reports and photos
- Professional communication and time management skills
