StevenDouglas has partnered with a private equity backed, high-growth financial services firm that is actively seeking an FP&A Director to join their team! Reporting directly to the CFO, the FP&A Director will lead and coordinate the firm's financial planning and analysis duties including preparing annual budgets, forecasting/variance analysis duties, liquidity planning, and other decision support analytics.

Responsibilities of the role include:
- Provide decision support analytics for members of Senior Leadership and the C-Suite, as well as the Private Equity sponsor
- Develop real-time business intelligence dashboards through Power BI
- Develop financial models to assist Senior Leadership making informed business decisions, and make recommendations based on findings
- Assist CFO with investor relations requests, and other ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- 7 years of FP&A experience, previous experience in financial services required
- Advanced financial modeling skills including experience with three-statement financial models
- Strong MS Excel Skills, exposure to Power BI Dashboards preferred
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present to the C-Suite, and Private Equity sponsor
Salary : $160,000 - $190,000
