Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dependable Offset Press Feeder to join our production team. This role offers excellent opportunities for growth. This position is ideal for someone looking to build a long-term career in print manufacturing with opportunities to gain valuable technical skills.
General Responsibilities
- Assist in feeding and operating large offset printing presses
- Support press operators with setup and production tasks
- Perform routine maintenance and ensure equipment is kept in proper working condition
- Maintain inventory of support supplies and communicate replenishment needs
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
- Perform additional duties as necessary to support the department
Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge of offset printing, ink theory, press operation, and maintenance
- Understanding of color matching principles
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions
- Dependable, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment
