In business since 1954, Steven Label has a seasoned, customer-focused staff at all levels ̶ customer service, sales, engineering, production and management.Position SummaryAs a Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing daily manufacturing operations within the Temecula Press department to ensure products are produced safely, efficiently, on time, and to quality standards. This role provides leadership to Press and Press support department employees, ensures adherence to company policies and procedures, and drives continuous improvement in safety, productivity, and quality. If you have strong leadership abilities, a high level of attention to detail and organization and are able to effectively collaborate and communicate cross-functionally then this is the next step in your career at Steven Label.What you will do:Team Leadership:Supervise, train, and coach press and press support employees to meet performance expectations.Ensure that the team adheres to safety protocols and maintains a safe working environment.Manage employee attributes, including time off requests, performance reviews, discipline, and training needs.Foster a positive work culture and promote teamwork and collaboration among team members.Production Oversight:Oversee the Press and Press support functions at the Santa Fe Springs, CA site.
