We are seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support our rehabilitation team. This flexible opportunity allows you to provide speech, cognitive, and swallowing therapy while maintaining a schedule that works for you.
Position Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs
- Provide therapy for communication, cognition, voice, and dysphagia
- Collaborate with therapy staff, nursing, physicians, and families
- Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Flexible PRN scheduling
- Collaborative rehabilitation team including PT, OT, SLP, and nursing professionals
- Opportunity to work with both post-acute rehabilitation and long-term care residents
- Supportive interdisciplinary environment
- Active Massachusetts Speech-Language Pathologist license required
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
- Flexible scheduling
- Opportunities for additional PRN shifts
Salary : $60 - $65
