Occupational Therapist (OT) – PRN
Wolfeboro Bay Center | Wolfeboro, NH
$50–$55/hour | PRN
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for a PRN position at Wolfeboro Bay Center. Provide individualized occupational therapy services designed to help residents strengthen functional abilities, regain everyday skills, and maintain as much independence as possible.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate residents and establish individualized occupational therapy plans of care
- Provide treatment addressing activities of daily living, strength, coordination, cognition, balance, and functional performance
- Develop appropriate therapy goals and monitor progress throughout treatment
- Recommend adaptive equipment and techniques to improve safety and independence
- Modify interventions according to resident needs and clinical progress
- Educate residents and caregivers on strategies that support everyday function
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with COTAs and other members of the interdisciplinary team

Qualifications
- Active New Hampshire Occupational Therapist license required
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills
- Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred, but not required
- New graduate Occupational Therapists are welcome to apply
