We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to join our rehabilitation team. This role offers scheduling flexibility while helping residents achieve greater mobility, strength, and independence.
Position Responsibilities
- Complete physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide treatment focused on gait, balance, strengthening, mobility, endurance, and pain management
- Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
- Collaborate with PTAs, OTs, SLPs, nursing staff, and physicians
- Educate residents and caregivers on mobility and safety techniques
- Complete timely clinical documentation
- Flexible PRN scheduling
- Collaborative rehabilitation team
- Opportunity to work with both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents
- Supportive clinical leadership
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license required
- Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required

Salary : $60 - $65
