Position Responsibilities
- Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide treatment focused on ADLs, upper extremity function, cognition, coordination, and safety
- Recommend adaptive equipment and therapeutic strategies
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
- Monitor resident progress and update treatment plans as needed
- Complete accurate and timely documentation
- Flexible PRN scheduling
- Collaborative rehab environment

- Resident-centered clinical culture
- Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license required
