Position Summary:
This position is the first point of contact for the entire organization and consists of responsibilities that are aligned and direct to the continued success of the department including, but not limited to answering all inbound calls and directing to appropriate staff, greeting and screening all visitors and handling incoming package and mail delivery to Corporate Services.
Essential Functions & Basic Duties:

- Welcome all onsite visitors, ensure sign in and badge are given
- Announcement of guest to appropriate personnel
- Schedule conference rooms for various departments and meetings
- Arrange for food and refreshments at in-person meetings, as needed
- Coordinate with Facilities when any supplies are low and need re-ordering
- Provide administrative support to the Sterling Analytics department
- Assist with creating meeting agendas
- Client invoicing and check reconciling
- Logging legal invoices in account spreadsheets
- Managing accounts’ inboxes and legal bill review downloads daily
- Pulling and formatting legal bills for review
- Receipt checking
- Ensure legal invoices are accurately logged in client account spreadsheets
- Creating total invoice spreadsheets
- Ad-hoc projects as needed
- Prepare mailings; FedEx
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Polished professional with outgoing attitude
- Excellent telephone skills
- Team player
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications, Adobe Acrobat, PDF Exchange, Applied EPIC
- Excellent organizational skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional demeanor
- Comfortable and experienced with working with all levels of an organization
- Familiarity with general office machines (printers, copiers etc.)
- Ability to effectively communicate with other employees and vendors
Education and Work Experience:
- College degree preferred
- At least one to two years of experience working as a Receptionist or in clerical or administrative role
- Experience working in a mid-sized company

Salary:
The estimated base salary range for this full-time position is $48,000 – $50,000 annually, plus benefits, and can vary based on location.
The salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to departmental budgets, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty and training. The hiring range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
