Our client is seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to provide hands-on leadership, training, and operational support across multiple locations. This position will focus on developing frontline leaders, improving field execution, supporting major projects, and helping ensure consistent operational standards across the organization.
This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys being in the field, developing people, solving problems, and stepping into challenging situations. Travel and frequent on-site presence are required.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Development
- Train, coach, and mentor frontline supervisors and team leaders on staffing, scheduling, project planning, time management, and decision-making.
- Provide hands-on coaching in the field and develop plans to address performance and skill gaps.
- Identify high-potential employees and help prepare them for advancement.
- Reinforce customer service, communication, safety, and professional standards.
Field Training & Operations
- Provide hands-on training to new and existing employees at job sites and operational locations.
- Support onboarding and ensure employees understand required procedures, equipment, safety practices, and service expectations.
- Develop and deliver training materials, procedures, and standard operating practices.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
Project Support
- Assist with planning and execution of complex or high-priority projects.
- Coordinate staffing, equipment, scheduling, project scope, and timelines.
- Work with frontline leaders to ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and according to expectations.
- Provide post-project feedback and recommendations for improvement.
Operational Improvement
- Support new location launches, process improvements, and integration of new teams or operations.
- Evaluate operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with local leadership to address operational challenges and implement solutions.
- Assist with audits, inspections, and process reviews.
Field Leadership
- Travel regularly to support multiple locations and projects, including occasional overnight stays.
- Quickly assess operational issues and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.
- Build strong relationships with local leadership and frontline employees.
- Communicate operational trends, challenges, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Progressive experience in operations, field leadership, training, logistics, installation, moving, or a related industry.
- Experience developing frontline leaders and delivering training.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business systems.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly.
- Must be comfortable working in the field and spending significant time at operational locations and job sites.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
