What you’ll tackle
- Transform prints into efficient CNC code using G-code and CAM workflows.
- Set up and change over CNC mills (3–4 axis VMC) for repeatable, accurate runs.
- Apply GD&T to validate design intent and machining strategies.
- Troubleshoot machines and tooling to resolve issues fast.
- Use precision measurement and hand metrology to confirm part conformity.
- Support production with occasional manual machining.
- Partner with engineering to optimize programs, tooling, and setups.
- Keep a clean, safe, and well-organized work area.
What you bring
- Strong CNC programming skills with G-code proficiency.
- Hands-on experience with CNC tooling plus setup/changeover.
- Blueprint reading with GD&T competency.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting capability.
- Working knowledge of CAD/CAM applications.
- Proven ability with precision measurement and hand metrology.
- Manual machining exposure (nice to have).
- Detail orientation, quality mindset, and team focus.
