CNC Production Operations Specialist

• Translate engineering drawings into machined components by setting up and running CNC equipment.
• Fine-tune machines—tooling, offsets, calibrations—to ensure peak performance.
• Keep a watchful eye on quality and throughput, making timely adjustments.
• Tackle routine maintenance and solve basic operational issues.
• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions with confidence.
• Measure twice, cut once—use calipers, micrometers, and gauges plus solid math skills.
• Safely operate hand tools, panel saws, and other shop equipment.
• Create fixtures and fabricate parts from a mix of materials as needed.
• Package completed parts for storage or shipment.
• Collaborate daily with engineers and production teammates to streamline flow.
• Keep your area organized and uphold a strong safety culture.
• Follow company safety policies and pitch in on other duties as needed.

• Monday – Friday, 2nd Shift - 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Any of the following qualifies you:
• Experience as a CNC operator or in related manufacturing
• Mechanical aptitude; ability to read and interpret prints
• Experience fabricating parts with various materials
• Comfort using hand tools and production equipment safely
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
• Equivalent mix of manufacturing experience and technical training
