- Location: Downtown Columbia, SC
- Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite (Candidate must be an SC resident or willing to relocate prior to starting at their own expense)

Key Responsibilities
- Queue Management: Monitor, triage, and manage technology procurement, software distribution, and contract workflow queues.
- Request Review & Routing: Review submissions for completeness and route them to appropriate evaluation teams (Security, Digital Accessibility, Legal, and Budget).
- Customer & Vendor Liaison: Guide internal customers through requirements, identify missing documentation, and participate in supplier discussions regarding licensing and renewals.
- Process Documentation: Maintain accurate workflow records, update software pricing lines, and write standard operating procedures (SOPs), FAQs, and knowledge base articles.
Core Skills Required
Must-Have Experience:
- 2 Years of Queue/Case Management: Experience managing intake processes, tickets, or service operations.
- 2 Years of Software & Procurement Workflows: Familiarity with contracts, software distribution, asset management, or licensing reviews.
- 2 Years of Documentation: Proven ability to create process steps, training materials, and customer-facing guides.
- Systems & Tools: Proficiency with workflow/ticketing systems and Microsoft Office.
Preferred Skills (Big Pluses):
- Experience in Higher Education or the Public Sector.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
- Familiarity with IT compliance frameworks (Accessibility, Security, Privacy).
- ITIL, CAPM, or PMP certifications.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant administrative workflow experience. (No technical certifications required).
