Requirements

Experience in documenting process workflows, knowledge articles, and training materials.

Experience with Microsoft Office 365 for data tracking and reporting.

Experience in public sector or higher education administrative service operations.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities

Manage and triage technology procurement and software fulfillment workflow queues in ServiceNow.

Review procurement submissions for compliance with security, accessibility, and legal criteria.

Coordinate software distribution and licensing fulfillment for diverse user groups and departments.

Maintain accurate status records, FAQs, and published guidance for procurement processes.

Track request aging, blockers, and renewals to prepare ROI and trend analysis reports.

Liaise with suppliers and contract managers to coordinate pricing, billing, and renewals.

Lead continual service improvement efforts by refining workflows based on stakeholder feedback.
