Core Responsibilities
- End-to-End Testing: Create test plans, execute manual/automated scripts, and analyze results through the lens of the business end-user.
- Collaboration: Work within an Agile framework alongside PMOs and technical vendors to ensure software is delivered on time.
- UAT Leadership: Assist in developing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and facilitate testing activities with stakeholders.
- Documentation: Maintain Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM) and report weekly status updates to leadership.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 3 5 Years of software development testing experience.
- GIS Testing: Experience testing GIS (Geographic Information Systems) components is highly preferred.
- Custom Apps: Proven track record testing custom-built applications.
- Technical Documentation: Expert at documenting test cases, RTMs, and evaluating test results.
- Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with GitHub and ServiceNow.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
