Core Responsibilities
- User Support: Provide technical assistance for software and hardware issues via phone or in-person.
- System Maintenance: Install, upgrade, and maintain software on PCs and company applications.
- Troubleshooting: Analyze software issues and design modifications to meet user needs.
- Training: Develop and lead training sessions for staff on new hardware and software tools.
- Documentation: Maintain clear communication with management regarding equipment status and project updates.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in System/Network administration, Information Security, or Technical Support.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in troubleshooting application software and PC hardware.
- Customer Service: Strong ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Compliance: Ability to pass a mandatory federal and national background check.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift/move up to 25 lbs and travel locally as needed.
