We are seeking a detail-oriented Software QA to join our team in Atlanta. This role is pivotal in establishing quality standards and executing test life cycles for custom applications and specialized system components.

Quick Details

Core Responsibilities

• End-to-End Testing: Create test plans, execute manual/automated scripts, and analyze results through the lens of the business end-user.
• Collaboration: Work within an Agile framework alongside PMOs and technical vendors to ensure software is delivered on time.
• UAT Leadership: Assist in developing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and facilitate testing activities with stakeholders.
• Documentation: Maintain Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM) and report weekly status updates to leadership.
  
  

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 3 5 Years of software development testing experience.
• GIS Testing: Experience testing GIS (Geographic Information Systems) components is highly preferred.
• Custom Apps: Proven track record testing custom-built applications.
• Technical Documentation: Expert at documenting test cases, RTMs, and evaluating test results.
• Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with GitHub and ServiceNow.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
