Core Skills & Responsibilities
Primary Technical Requirements
- SQL & Data Engineering: Build and optimize complex SQL queries, scalable data models, and automated data pipelines.
- Business Intelligence: Design interactive executive dashboards and scorecards using Power BI.
- Portfolio Analytics: Track project performance, KPIs, risk factors, and financial trends across enterprise systems.
- Stakeholder Management: Gather business requirements directly from leadership and translate them into actionable BI solutions.
Preferred Skills
- PPM Tools: Experience with platforms like Clarity, ServiceNow PPM, Planview, or MS Project Online.
- Microsoft Cloud Ecosystem: Familiarity with Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, or Microsoft Fabric.
- Agile & Governance: Exposure to IT governance frameworks and PMBOK/Agile methodologies.
Position Qualifications
- Experience: 3 to 7 years in Data Engineering, Business Intelligence, or Enterprise Data Analytics.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting to leadership.
