Key Skills We're Looking For
Core Requirements (Must-Have):
- Salesforce Development (6 yrs): Strong hands-on engineering background.
- Service Cloud & Health Cloud (5 yrs): Expertise in implementing & customizing Service/Health Cloud environments.
- Full-Stack Development (4 yrs): Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Aura, Visualforce, JavaScript, HTML5.
- Salesforce Development Lifecycle: Solid experience with SFDX and modern development workflows.
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, or Administrator.
- Integrations & Security: 2 years in REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and SSO (Single Sign-On).
- DevOps & Release: Experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipelines, branch management, and release tracking.
- Document Automation: Experience with Conga or Drawloop.
- Public Sector/Cloud: Familiarity with government compliance or FedRAMP environments.
What You'll Be Doing
- Designing and delivering custom Salesforce solutions for crisis call center workflows.
- Writing scalable Apex code, custom LWC components, and no-code Flow solutions.
- Integrating Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premises applications.
- Managing release cycles, CI/CD pipelines, and technical architecture guidelines.
