Work Arrangement: Hybrid (2 days onsite per week: Wed/Thu — No full-remote option)

Key Skills & Qualifications
Primary Requirements:

7 Years serving as a Scrum Master in Agile software delivery

Azure DevOps (ADO) hands-on experience

Agile Frameworks: Advanced Scrum, Kanban, and Scaled Agile (SAFe/NexLeSS)

SDLC & SADLC: Secure application development lifecycle and modern DevOps

Agile Ceremonies: Expert facilitation of Sprint Planning, Dailies, Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives

Leadership: Strong track record in removing impediments, stakeholder negotiation, and coaching Product Owners
Preferred Skills (Bonus):

Certifications: SAFe (SSM/SASM), CSM, PSM I/II, or ICP-ACC

Domain: Financial systems, debt collection/servicing, or payment processing workflows

Testing: Experience supporting QA processes (UAT, regression testing, post-deployment validation)
