- Contract: This is a Contract position.
- Mode of Interview: 1 round, Virtual/Online.
- Culture Note: Candidates will support the core statewide ERP system, which is the official "book of record" for all administrative functions across state agencies.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
SAP Project Management & Coordination
- Project Planning: Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans to guide and assist the functional and technical teams supporting the SC Department of Transportation (DOT) and the State Treasurer's Office (STO) integration projects.
- Coordination: Work closely with Finance and Treasury Team Leads to coordinate project timelines and plans, ensuring seamless coordination between the SCEIS team and other project resources.
- Status & Reporting: Responsible for the overall coordination, status reporting, and stability of assigned projects. Coordinate communication with all areas of the enterprise regarding scope, budget, risk, and resources.
- Risk Management: Inform SCEIS Management Team immediately of any potential Risks and Issues that may impact deadlines, milestones, or system development costs.
Best Practices & Project Closure
- Process Improvement: Recommend project/portfolio management best practices for managing Treasury and FI Projects within the enterprise.
- Project Closure: At the conclusion of each project, ensure a timely and orderly close-out, including the documentation of lessons learned and archiving of essential project documentation.
- Oversight: Inform management of system development and/or implementation issues that may have significant impact on resources and costs.
Required Technical & Project Expertise
