We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join a critical contact center project supporting crisis workflow applications. In this role, you will design, develop, integrate, and maintain high-performance Salesforce applications across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud environments.
Position Summary

Location: Lansing, MI 48933

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Mandatory onsite on Tuesdays & Wednesdays starting Day 1)

Location Requirement: Candidates must reside within 90 miles of Lansing, MI at the time of submission.

Interview Process: 30-minute virtual MS Teams interview with video enabled. (Candidates must join via laptop, share screen if requested, and verify ID at the start).
Key Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Salesforce Development:

6 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

4 years with Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Aura, HTML5, and JavaScript.

3 years dedicated hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning & LWC.

Experience with SFDX and the full Salesforce Development Lifecycle.
Cloud Platforms & Integrations:

5 years with Salesforce Service Cloud and/or Health Cloud.

2 years with API integrations (REST/SOAP) and Single Sign-On (SSO) implementations.

Experience managing releases, branching, and deployments via Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines (or comparable tools).
Required Certifications:

Preferred Qualifications
