Key Responsibilities
- Full Lifecycle Management: Lead projects through Initiation, Planning, Execution, and Closeout.
- Technical Liaison: Translate business requirements into technical system specifications.
- Vendor Management: Collaborate with external consultants and contractors.
- Governance: Adhere to strict project management standards and reporting metrics.
- Documentation: Facilitate design workshops and ensure robust test plans/use cases.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Certification (Non-Negotiable): Active PMP (from PMI) or State-level PM Certification.
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of total Project Management experience.
- Methodologies: Expert proficiency in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Tools: Advanced mastery of Microsoft Project, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and data modeling.
- Communication: Proven ability to communicate complex timelines and risks to executive leadership and technical teams.
