Role Details
- Location: Cayce, SC
- Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite
- Travel: Potential statewide travel (State vehicle provided)
- Interview Process: One round of virtual interviews (Camera ON)
Key Technical Skills
- Network Infrastructure: 3 years in LAN Administration, including installing and troubleshooting switches and Wireless Access Points (WAPs).
- Advanced Services: 3 years of hands-on experience with SD-WAN, PKI (Public Key Infrastructure), and secure authentication services.
- Connectivity Support: Expert-level troubleshooting for Windows systems and mobile devices (Apple/iOS).
- Documentation: Proven ability to create and maintain complex network diagrams and design documentation.
Position Requirements
- Physical Ability: Must be comfortable working on ladders and capable of lifting 40 lbs daily for equipment installations.
- Licensing: Must possess a valid Driver's License.
- Residency: Candidate must currently reside in the Eastern Time Zone and be willing to relocate to South Carolina prior to the start date at their own expense.
- Education: Associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active industry certifications (CompTIA, Cisco, or Microsoft).
- Completion of Cisco Networking Academy or similar advanced technical training.
