We are seeking a senior-level Medicaid EDI Integration Analyst to lead the coordination of electronic data exchanges between complex healthcare systems. You will bridge the gap between technical vendors and business requirements, ensuring seamless data mapping, file transfers, and system integration.
Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid)
Work Arrangement: 2 days on-site / 3 days remote (Hybrid)
Interview Process: Virtual (Teams) followed by a potential In-Person interview.
What You'll Do
- Data Mapping & Integration: Analyze data structures and provide expert guidance on data mapping between various modules and trading partners.
- Testing Leadership: Lead Interface, Trading Partner, and End-to-End (E2E) testing cycles.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Manage file transfers via SFTP/HTTPS and oversee batch file processing.
- Defect Management: Lead triage calls with multiple vendors to resolve system defects efficiently.
- Liaison & Reporting: Serve as the primary contact between technical teams and business stakeholders, reporting metrics directly to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 8 years of IT experience with a strong focus on EDI transactions and Interface Testing.
- Healthcare Expertise: Deep knowledge of MMIS (Medicaid Management Information Systems) or large-scale healthcare claims processing systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SFTP/HTTPS protocols, interface workflows, and the SDLC/Agile methodology.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to lead vendor meetings, manage deadlines independently, and summarize complex technical outcomes for non-technical leaders.
Special Requirements
- Local to Richmond, VA: Candidates must currently reside in (or be willing to relocate immediately to) the Richmond area to meet weekly on-site requirements.
- Industry Preference: Previous experience with major healthcare processing vendors (e.g., Conduent) is highly preferred.
