Key Duties and Core Focus Areas
Kofax Solution Design and Development (8 Years)
- Kofax Platform Expertise: Design, develop, and maintain solutions using core Kofax platforms, including Kofax Capture 11, KTM 6, KCIC, KCNS, and/or Kofax (Tungsten) Total Agility (KTA).
- Automation & Extraction: Lead Process Automation efforts by creating custom Kofax workflows, developing sophisticated data extraction models (KTM), and automating data and document extraction methods.
- Capture Technologies: Expertise in OCR/ICR and Barcode technologies, image preprocessing, and machine learning-based classification techniques for documents.
- Integration: Design and implement robust Integrations connecting Kofax with enterprise systems (ECM, databases, cloud apps) via web services (REST, SOAP). Experience with platforms like IBM Content Management and OpenText/RightFax is valued.
Programming and System Administration
- Coding & Scripting (8 Years): Strong programming skills are required in languages and frameworks essential for Kofax customization: VB.Net, C#.Net, ASP.net, .Net Core, WinForms, WCF, WPF, MVC, LINQ, and Entity Framework.
- Scripting Languages: Extensive experience with various scripting languages, including VB Script, Java Script, SBL, and Win Wrap Basic.
- Configuration & Maintenance: Responsible for the installation, configuration, application of service packs, and tuning of Kofax servers, scanners, and clients.
- Documentation: Create detailed project documentation, including High-Level Designs (HLD), Low-Level Designs (LLD), and test plans.
