Key Responsibilities & Important Skills
< data-path-to-node="9">Required Core Skills (Must-Have):-
Microsoft Intune & Endpoint Management: 5 years of experience configuring MDM solutions in enterprise environments.

Identity & Access: Proficiency with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), Conditional Access, and compliance policies.

Device Integration: Hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager (DEP/ADE) and Android Enterprise integration.

Deployment & Security: Application deployment, security baselines, and M365 administration best practices.

Troubleshooting & Communication: Strong ability to resolve synchronization/compliance issues, document processes, and lead knowledge transfers.

Experience migrating from platforms like Meraki to Microsoft Intune.

Experience with Windows Autopilot, PowerShell scripting, and automation.

Familiarity with STIG, CIS, or government security compliance standards.

Relevant Microsoft certifications (Intune, Azure, or Endpoint Management).

Public sector / government agency experience.
