Key Responsibilities

Support Medicaid health data exchange initiatives, focusing on digital quality measures (dQMs), health-related social needs (HRSN), and care management sharing.

Translate clinical and partner needs into clear technical and workflow requirements.

Support data integration and interoperability using CCD/CCD-A and ADT data feeds.

Collaborate with technical teams, clinical providers, and partners to guide testing, onboarding, and troubleshooting.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Healthcare IT & EHR Operations (5 Years): Hands-on experience with EHR workflows, healthcare systems support, and analytics.

SQL & Reporting (3 Years): Advanced SQL querying, relational databases, data analysis, and BI dashboards.

Business Analysis (3 Years): Requirements gathering, workflow mapping, troubleshooting, and solution design.

Healthcare Data Standards (3 Years): Solid knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, LOINC, HIPAA compliance, and data exchange standards (CCD/ADT).

Stakeholder Communication (3 Years): Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical healthcare partners.
