We are looking for dedicated Bridge File Clerk to join our team in Indianapolis, IN, to assist with a vital infrastructure records project.
Logistics:
- Location: Indianapolis, IN (100 North Senate Ave).
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Candidates must be local to Indianapolis).
- Schedule: 37.5 hours/week with flexible start/end times between 7:00 AM 6:00 PM.
Interview Process:
- Round 1: Virtual Interview (via Microsoft Teams).
- Round 2: Mandatory In-person attendance at the Indianapolis office.
The Position:
You will be responsible for compiling, auditing, and digitizing essential bridge documentation. This includes researching archives, converting legacy file formats, and maintaining high data accuracy for state records.
Key Skills You'll Need:
- Research & Auditing: 1 years of experience conducting file research and identifying data anomalies.
- Excel Proficiency: Intermediate to Advanced skills (for analysis and reporting).
- File Conversion: Ability to convert older formats (specifically TIF) to modern PDF standards.
