What are the responsibilities and job description for the BI / Tableau Cloud Administrator position at Stellar Professionals LLC?
We are seeking a mid-to-senior level BI / Tableau Administrator to manage platform administration, optimize data pipelines, and ensure the reliability of business-critical analytics.
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (80% Remote / 20% In-Person) - Must be able to work in the office 1 day per week.
- Location: Hartford, CT (Candidate must be local or willing to commute/relocate)

Key Skills You Need
Core Technical Skills (Required)
- Tableau Cloud: Extensive platform administration, site management, user permissions, and deployment.
- Advanced SQL: Strong database querying skills, particularly with relational databases.
- Salesforce Ecosystem: Deep understanding of Salesforce objects, fields, relationships, and declarative logic.
- Access Management: Expert handling of user setup, roles, profiles, and sharing rules.
Preferred Technical Skills
- Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with Microsoft Azure environments.
- Data Pipelines: Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Integrations: Familiarity with MuleSoft Runtime Fabric (RTF) or MuleSoft integrations.
Core Responsibilities
- Administer & Monitor: Manage Tableau Cloud sites, projects, security, extract refreshes, and scheduled jobs.
- Troubleshoot & Optimize: Investigate performance issues, connectivity drops, and reporting data quality bottlenecks.
- Data Integration Support: Support Azure SQL Databases and monitor pipelines loading Salesforce data into reporting environments.
- Collaborate & Mentor: Partner with architects and development teams on deployments, while guiding less experienced staff.
