Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced BI / Tableau Administrator to support enterprise reporting and analytics platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Tableau Cloud administration, platform monitoring, troubleshooting, user support, data validation, and ensuring the reliability of business-critical reporting services.
Required Skills & Experience:
5 years of experience in BI, Tableau Administration, or related roles.
Strong experience with Tableau Cloud administration and support.
Experience with Salesforce data models, objects, fields, relationships, and security.
Strong SQL skills and experience with Azure SQL Database or similar RDBMS platforms.
Experience supporting enterprise reporting and analytics environments.
User management experience, including roles, profiles, permission sets, and access controls.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working through all phases of the SDLC.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently, drive initiatives, and mentor junior team members.
Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) is highly preferred.
Experience with MuleSoft Runtime Fabric (RTF) or MuleSoft integrations.
Experience supporting Salesforce reporting and analytics environments.
Microsoft Azure platform experience.
