Position Details
- Location: Jackson, MS
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (75% Remote / 25% In-Person) (No fully remote candidates)
- Schedule: Monday Friday (Day Shift, EST)
- Interview Process: Web Cam or In-Person
Key Responsibilities
- Coverage Discovery: Review scheduled appointments to determine patient responsibility.
- Epic Documentation: Accurately document insurance coverage.
- Trend Analysis: Identify collection and coverage trends across clinical locations to optimize revenue and third-party payments.
- Leadership Communication: Partner with clinical and operations leadership regarding revenue cycle health.

- Education: Bachelor's Degree
- Certifications (Required): Must hold at least one: RHIA, RHIT, or CPC
- Epic Experience: Advanced level experience (Epic PB / Resolute)
- Revenue Cycle Expertise: SME-level knowledge of Clearinghouses, Claims Adjudication, and Insurance Benefit Interpretation
- Technical Skills: Expert RTE (Real-Time Eligibility) interpretation and third-party coverage discovery
Preferred Skills (Plus Process)
- Revenue cycle experience in Public Health, Community Health, Physician Clinics, FQHC, or RHC environments.
