What are the responsibilities and job description for the Advanced Network & Identity Administrator position at Stellar Professionals LLC?
We are seeking a self-motivated, team-oriented Advanced Network Administrator to support enterprise network operations, infrastructure modernization, and secure identity services.
- Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite
- Location: Cayce, SC (With statewide travel to field offices; valid driver's license required, state vehicle provided)
- Interview Process: One round of virtual interviews (Camera ON)
- Shift: EST
Key Technical Skills Required
To be successful in this role, you must have 3 years of experience in the following core areas:
- Enterprise Networking: LAN administration, routing, and installing/configuring/troubleshooting switches and wireless access points (WAPs).
- Modern Infrastructure: Architecture deployment and support for SD-WAN.
- Identity & Security: Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), certificate-based authentication, and Active Directory enhancements (Identity-Based Networking Services / IBNS).
- End-User Support: Troubleshooting network connectivity on Windows systems and mobile devices (iOS/Apple).
- Documentation: Creating, reading, and maintaining network diagrams and design documentation.
Physical & Preferred Requirements
- Physical Stamina: Comfort working on ladders and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs of equipment daily (e.g., racking equipment).
- Education: Associate degree in a relevant field OR a High School Diploma with equivalent work experience.
- Preferred Certifications: Industry certifications (Active or Inactive) from leaders like Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), CompTIA (Network /Security ), or Microsoft are highly preferred.
- Pre-Employment Screening: Must pass criminal background, credit history, driving record checks, and drug screening.
Candidate Note: Candidates must be current residents within the Eastern Time Zone (EST) and willing to relocate to South Carolina prior to the start date at their own expense.
