Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care in accordance with facility protocols and safe nursing practices
- Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff on assigned units
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor, assess, and report changes in resident condition
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and care coordination
- Promote teamwork, professionalism, and resident-centered care
- Current, unencumbered Massachusetts RN license
- Strong communication, clinical judgment, and leadership skills
- Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred
