We are seeking a skilled and compassionate LPN to join our healthcare team. The LPN will be responsible for providing direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician. Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Assist with patient assessments and document findings in the medical record
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the registered nurse or physician
- Provide patient education and support
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Ensure patient safety and comfort
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Current LPN license in the state of employment or compact state.
- Graduate of an accredited LPN program
- Basic life support (BLS) certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Pay: $2,050.00 - $2,210.00 per week
