Facility: Inners Creek Nursing and Rehab

Shift: Days : 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Meal Break: 30 Minutes
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours Per Week
Pay : $75/hr
Estimated Weekly Gross Pay for 40 Hours: $3,026/W
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) License.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of Utilization Management, Case Management, MDS, or related nursing experience preferred.
  • Experience in Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Rehabilitation, or Acute Care settings preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • BLS Certification preferred.

Salary : $68 - $75
