Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Bill Rate: $45/hr
Skies HC and Rehab Center is seeking an experienced Travel LPN for a contract assignment in Albuquerque, NM. The selected candidate will provide compassionate nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting while collaborating with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
Responsibilities- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Monitor, document, and report changes in patient conditions.
- Support resident care plans and assist with daily living activities.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and charting.
- Collaborate with RNs, physicians, therapists, and support staff.
- Ensure compliance with all facility, state, and federal regulations.
- Active LPN/LVN License (Compact License preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of Long-Term Care (LTC), Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), or Rehabilitation experience preferred.
- Current BLS Certification.
- Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work 12-hour night shifts.
