A well-established and fast-growing law firm in Miami, FL is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its dynamic litigation team. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of commercial litigation experience and be comfortable managing cases, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting discovery, and appearing in court.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a wide range of commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft motions, pleadings, discovery requests, and legal memoranda
- Conduct depositions, hearings, and client meetings
- Perform legal research and provide strategic case analysis
- Work collaboratively with partners and senior attorneys
Qualifications:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active Florida Bar license in good standing
- 2–5 years of commercial litigation experience
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
- Excellent communication and client-service skills

- The annual salary for this position is between $130,000 – $180,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
